Return Process

Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or spoiled item.

Email clear photographs of the product, the packaging, and the batch label to our team for quality assessment.

Our kitchen team will investigate the report and determine if a refund or a replacement credit is appropriate based on the evidence provided.
