When do you deliver and where do you ship?
We currently deliver across the greater Bondi area and Sydney metro every Sunday and Wednesday. Orders must be placed by Friday midnight for Sunday delivery, or Monday midnight for Wednesday delivery.
How long do the meals stay fresh?
Our meals are prepared fresh and are designed to last for up to 5 days in the refrigerator. Each container is labeled with a specific 'use by' date for your convenience.
Can I freeze my Bondi Meal Prep containers?
Yes, most of our meals are freezer-friendly. We recommend freezing them on the day of delivery if you do not plan to consume them within the 5-day refrigerated window.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
No, you do not need to be home. Our meals are delivered in insulated cooler bags with ice packs to ensure they stay at a safe temperature for up to 6-8 hours on your doorstep.
How do I heat up my meals?
Simply remove the lid and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. Alternatively, you can transfer the food to an oven-safe dish and heat at 180°C for 10-15 minutes until piping hot.
Can I skip a week or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You have full control through your account dashboard. You can skip a week, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before your weekly billing cutoff.
